WarezNET:Karma
From Wiki
Under Construction
Karma is displayed in their profile and next to each person's post underneath their username and avatar. It is a determination of how good you are as a member and will help to determine Full Membership, etc.

Getting Postitive Karma
- Posting new downloads is a good contribution, but there are more factors involved. If the download is a common, average application then it will receive less karma than a brand new released movie with a fast link.
- The longer your posted downloads last, the more karma you get. Links that die within a day will give you no karma and could lead to negative karma.
- General forum contributing. Get involved in chat. Create new exiting conversations.
- Contributing via the FXP sections of WarezNET will have a large increase in Karma.
- Participating on IRC may increase your karma.
- Having a good ratio on WNTorrents will increase karma.
- Filling requests or sometimes even attempting to fill requests for full members will earn you some additional karma.
- Uploading and filling pubs may also give you karma.

Getting Negative Karma
- Rule breaking. Make sure you read the rules. You'll get a warning, which creates a huge amount of negative karma.
- Leeching. We know when you leech. Despite this, don't be afraid of leeching as we all do it. Just try and contribute to even it out.
- Get your post deleted, moved, etc. Again just make sure you read the rules :)
- Lack of activity on the forum (how frequently you visit and post) will decrease your karma.
- Having a bad ratio on WNTorrents will increase negative karma.

Warnings
Warnings are a system to pick up on EVERY LITTLE rule break. A moderator will give you a card if you break any rule. The reason for this is to enforce the rules and to make sure people read them. Do not worry if you do get some warnings as as it will only give you negative karma. Please don't complain if you get them, it doesn't matter, they are designed to help you learn.
